Shipping

All products are handmade in Moramanga, Madagascar. Once finished, they will be transported to the capital of Antananarivo for shipping. We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ship our products internationally. Shipping a tapestry ranges between $200-400 depending on their weight at the direct cost of the third party. Raffia Madagascar is not responsible for in-transit damage, so we highly recommend that you add insurance to your shipment, which is approximately $50. We will do our best to set a firm ETA, but with Madagascar’s culture being “mora mora” - meaning “slow slow,” please be advised that shipping schedules may take longer than expected. Return and Refund

Every piece is unique and this is true for a normal characteristic of handcrafted pieces. The women we work with dye and dry the raffia fiber upon receipt of order custom to each project. Due to the nature of business, all Raffia Madagascar products are final sale. Price varies by size and style and quotes may take 3-5 business days. All items require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of purchase given that the item has not been shipped.
